Grow food in your kitchen.

You can grow broccoli, pea, cabbage, fenugreek, lentil and buckwheat sprouts in your kitchen year-round. The sprouting method is simple and enjoyable. Having living, growing seeds sprouting on your counter is a joyful sight. And eating sprouts is a delicious experience that keeps you feeling young, energetic and healthy! Learn how to sprout, how to integrate sprouting into your daily regimen and how to add sprouts to your meals.

This is a one week immersion course that gets you straight into sprouting! At the end of the week you will have successfully sprouted three different types of seeds (one pulse, one sprout requiring chlorophyll, and one soaker seed), and you will be integrating the sprouts you grew with the foods you regularly eat. You will have all the tools, information, equipment and first habits required to successfully sprout at home!

Be a kitchen gardener.

First step, Tara visits you in your home for a 90-minute hands-on training. You will learn how to sprout three different types of seeds, how to use different types of sprouting equipment, and discuss how to integrate them into your daily meals. You will also receive a consultation on how to get started growing microgreens.

Second step, you start your first batch of sprouts at home in your kitchen!

Over the next week you grow your sprouts. During this week you have access to Tara via email and text to answer any questions that you may have.  This includes sending photo updates and troubleshooting any problems that arise.

By the end of the week you will be happily munching on nutrient-dense, alkalizing, immune-building sprouts and starting your second batch of home-grown sprouts!

Transform your kitchen into a garden.

You receive hands-on personal training with an experienced farmer, the first batch of sprout seeds and basic sprouting equipment necessary to get you started, handouts with tons of information including nutrition and recipes, and one week access to Tara via email and text for all your questions.

If you have special requests for a certain type of sprout, to grow microgreens, or to grow wheatgrass, those can all be accomodated.
