As your health coach, I work with you to help you identify your wellness goals, to cleanse, to change your eating and lifestyle habits for the long-term, and to set action plans for creating the life you want to live. I provide you with teaching, guidance, recommendations, encouragement and accountability to help you obtain greater vitality and to live as your authentic self.

Areas of specialty include sprouting, growing food indoors, gardening and growing your own food, raw food skills, and integrating superfoods.

I work primarily with professionals who want to live authentic lives in their best possible health.

The 3-Month or 6-Month Program

Together we will meet for 12 sessions over 6 months (twice per month) either via Skype or in person. Each session lasts between 60-75 minutes.

  • Each program and session is individualized based on your goals and needs.
  • During each session we will discuss your progress towards your health and life goals. I will provide you with recommendations, and we will set doable actions.
  • When applicable, I will provide you with handouts, recipes, books, food samples, and other materials to fuel your transformation.
  • During the months that we work together, I am committed to teaching and guiding you so you feel empowered to take full control of your health.

You may request for one or more of your sessions to be one of the following workshops together:

  • Grocery Store/Health Food Store Tour
  • Sprouting and Growing Indoors
  • Garden Set-Up and Growing Your Own Food
  • Raw Food Prep Skills
  • Pantry Raid and Restock
  • Cooking Skills

*Studies have shown that 6 months is the amount of time needed to create long-term habits. Experience has shown that working with the support of a health coach for 6 months helps individuals make better food, exercise and lifestyle choices for the long-term.
